How long does it take to make my order?
Every item is printed to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order if production has not started. Email support@teepara.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free to the United States and Europe, with no minimum order. Express shipping is $4.99. For other countries, standard shipping is $7.99 and express is $19.99, and both are free on orders of $60 or more. You always see the final shipping price at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
After production, standard delivery usually takes 2–10 business days in the US and 5–15 business days in Europe. Express takes 2–3 business days in the US and 3–7 business days in Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders outside the US may be subject to duties or taxes set by the destination country. Unless they are collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. We email you a prepaid label and refund you within 5 business days of receiving your return. See our Return & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund, usually without sending the item back.
Sizing & products
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are a classic unisex fit and true to size. Order your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size up for an oversized look. Each product page has a size guide.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely, and we never store your full card details.
Do you have multi-buy deals?
Yes, for US orders: buy 2 items and save 10%, or buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
